Wow! That is the only way to describe the activity in the Heights in the month of April. There were 123 total sales, which was up 15% from April of 2013. The Heights is becoming one of the most popular areas of town and people are rushing to get in as quickly as possible.
Active Listings
Currently, there are 208 active listings on the market. 186 new listings came available in April and only 87 are left standing. 99 of those homes are either sold or under contract. Again, the activity is simply staggering.
Home Prices
Year-over-year, median home prices are up 3.74% and average home prices are up 2.66%. With inventory levels less than 2 months, we would expect price increases to continue in the near to medium term.
