Caty sweats the details in everything she does. She creates plans with strategic precision. Her highest priority is guiding her clients along each step of their ownership journey. Her area of focus is not just the greater Heights, Oak Forest, and Garden Oaks neighborhoods, but the broader community of new arrivals to Houston.

Since departing her native and beloved Rio de Janeiro, Caty has lived in west Africa, Portland, OR, and Washington, DC, but has made Houston home for the past 19 years.

Caty’s experience isn’t only professional, but it is also very personal. She has purchased and sold several homes herself and recently led the design-build of her current home in Garden Oaks. She knows the stresses and challenges that home buyers and aspiring home builders undertake.

Caty has a bachelor’s degree in Sociology. Prior to becoming a licensed real estate agent, Caty worked as the finance manager of a growing chain of private schools in Brazil and the office manager of a “Big 4” accounting firm.

Caty and her native-Houstonian husband have four children. She is very active with her children’s school and sports activities. Caty loves reading and practicing yoga in her spare time. She speaks Portuguese, English, and Spanish, which align with the diverse Houston marketplace.
