Fred Zapalac is a Houston native and one half of the real estate powerhouse duo Zapalac Realty Group with his wife Jennifer, where his historical knowledge of North Houston and the local market in the Heights and Garden Oaks area often comes in handy.

Fred was born right up the road from Norhill Realty at Memorial Hermann Northwest Hospital and grew up in the Garden Oaks/Oak Forest area, where he attended Frank Black Middle School and St. Pius X High School before purchasing his own home in Oak Forest when he moved back to Houston from college in 2004.

Fred is also well-known throughout the Heights area as the co-founder of the world-famous Blue Line Bike Lab bike shop, where his outgoing personality and attention to customer service has created a cult following in the Houston cycling community.
