Yolanda became a Realtor when she was inspired by the patience and professionalism of her Realtor when purchasing her first home over twenty years ago. Since then, she has helped buyers and sellers in various parts of Houston including Greater Heights, Sunset Heights, Independence Heights, Montrose, Spring Valley, Bunker Hill Village, Piney Point Village, Spring Branch, Bellaire, West University, Energy corridor, West side and Katy.

Whether it’s a luxury home, townhome, lease, or a first-time buyer, Yolanda loves working with people. She believes the key to her success is her strong work ethic and her ability to listen to her clients whether they be buyers or sellers and making their needs her priority. As a buyer, she understands that a house is not just a building, it’s your retreat from the world, a place where you can grow and make your dreams a reality, and as a seller, she understands the stress of moving and selling your home. She loves helping people make the process as painless as possible.

An Armenian that grew up in Iran, Yolanda moved to San Francisco when she was twelve, and found her way to Houston when she was teenager where she has spent most of her life. After living in Austin, New Jersey, and California, she made Houston her home. Fluent in Armenian, French, and Farsi, she went to Duchesne Academy of the Sacred Heart and graduated from University of St. Thomas. Before she was a realtor, she was an educator, trainer, retail manager, and business owner. She has an extensive background in customer service, accounting, HR, office management, and community relations coordinator.

When she is not working in Real Estate she spends her free time writing, doing photography, art, and jewelry making. She is very active in Houston’s rich writing community often organizing, attending, and reading at poetry readings. She is also on the board of Mutabilis Press, a non-profit organization specializing in the publishing of Texas, national and international poets. In her leisure time, she loves visiting her family in California as well as her three college-aged kids in Philadelphia and Brooklyn.
