The extended boom in Timbergrove and Lazybrook continued into September 2013.  Home prices rose 23% to $365,164. That’s up for the 13th consecutive month. This boom does not appear to be subsiding.  There is currently only 1 month of available inventory.   With so few homes to choose from, prices will more than likely continue to move up.  It is certainly a good time to live in Timbergrove.

Washington Corridor Market Update – September 2013

Homes in Timbergrove continue to sell and they continue to sell quickly.  There were 17 total sales in the month of September in Timbergrove / Lazybrook. That’s up 17% from September 2012. Of the homes sold in September 2013, half were under contract in 11 days or less.
