Timbergrove continues to grow as home buyers are wooed by endearing homes with large yards and a convenient central location. August 2015 saw an increase in available Timbergrove listings over last year’s averages, with 52 properties currently active. Average Days on Market remained consistent at 23.53 days, giving Buyers ample choices among available homes — currently 3.69 months of inventory compared to just 1.2 months back in August 2014. Timbergrove Sales Prices continue to rise, up 12.6 percent ($460,554) despite the declines seen across some areas of Houston, as more and more families discover the neighborhood’s charms.
