Confident and persistent, Dave is an excellent listener and strong negotiator. “I may not be the most eloquent salesperson out there, but I am highly skilled, properly motivated, always willing to learn, and a very hard worker who pays attention to deadlines. And I know how to get my point across when something is important. I’m fiercely loyal to my clients and all those I care about.” A resident of the Greater Heights area, Dave focuses sales throughout the Greater Heights, Oak Forest, Garden Oaks, and Shepherd Park Plaza neighborhoods. He supports several community organizations including the Joe Foster YMCA where he is a past member of the board of directors, and the Oaks Dads’ Club for youth sports.
Dave grew up in the Cypress area of Houston. He attended Cypress-Fairbanks High School and graduated from Stephen F. Austin University with a degree in management and marketing. When his schedule permits, he enjoys Astros and Rockets games, college football, snow-skiing, going to the beach, fishing, and reading thrillers. First and foremost, however, Dave enjoys family time and activities with his wife and children. “Anything that my kids are into, I am into,” he says. “They are the motivation behind everything I do.”
